摘 要 研究生导师是落实研究生教育立德树人工作的第一责任人。本文阐述了研究生导师在立德树人工作中的重要作用，从导师自身、部门机制、学校三个层面论述导师育人工作中存在的主要问题，明确导师的责任与义务，分析各部门与导师的联动关系，了解机制方面存在的问题。在新时代背景下，探索立德树人的导师之“导”，提出了增强导师以德为先的教育理念、加强教师队伍育人合力、营造导师育人氛围、强化导师激励考核机制四个方面的策略，来探讨如何提升导师育人能力，促使导师在研究生立德树人中自觉、有效引导，充分发挥其立德树人中的教育引导作用，以实现立德树人的教育目标。

Abstract The graduate tutor is the first responsible person to carry out the work of moral education for graduate students. This paper expounds the important role of graduate tutors in the work of moral education， discusses the main problems existing in the work of tutors from the three aspects of tutors， institutions and schools， clarifies the responsibilities and obligations of tutors， analyzes the linkage relationship between various departments and tutors， and understands the problems existing in the mechanism. Under the background of the new era， this paper explores the guidance of tutors， and puts forward four strategies， including strengthening the education idea that tutors should put morality first， strengthening the teacher-team education， creating the teacher-team atmosphere， and strengthening the teacher-team incentive and assessment mechanism to discuss how to enhance the tutors' educational ability， urge tutors to guide students consciously and effectively， and give full play to their role in education and guidance， so as to achieve the educational goal of educating students with moral integrity.

十八大報告提出“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务”，为高校教师在新时代走好立德树人的育人道路指明了方向。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议指出，立德树人是高校立身之本，并进一步强调加强师德师风建设。研究生导师作为研究生培养首要责任人，导师的教育理念和方法直接关系到研究生的思想道德修养和文化素养。[1]在目前的研究生导师立德树人工作中，只有认清当前导师育人工作方面中存在的问题、才能明确未来改进方向，对充分发挥导师育人、积极推动、完善立德树人教育工作具有重要的理论和实践意义。
