摘  要：随着新冠疫情的爆发，采用何种教学方案将现代物流管理课程的知识传承，成为教师需要思考的首要难题。在此背景下，文章回顾了线上教学中存在的新挑战，并结合笔者自身的教学经历，试图发掘适宜线上教学的新模式，构建合理的过程监测体系，用以提高线上教学质量。最后，通过对学生的成绩进行评测考察线上教学的成效。研究发现，教师采用与学生即时音频互动的教学模式可以显著提高线上教学的质量。以期为疫情过后的线上教学提供经验借鉴。

Abstract： With the outbreak of the 2019-nCoV， what kind of teaching plan should be adopted to teach knowledge of modern logistics management has become the primary problem for teachers to think about. In this context， we review the new challenges that exist in distance teaching， and combines the authors' own teaching experience to try to discover new models suitable for distance teaching. On this basis， we try to build a reasonable process monitoring system to improve the quality of distance teaching. Finally， the effectiveness of this distance teaching was evaluated by the students' performance. Research has found that teachers can significantly improve the quality of distance teaching by using real-time audio interaction with students. This research aims to provide experience and reference for distance teaching after the 2019-nCoV.

2019年12月以来，全国各地陆续出现新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例（Coronavirus Disease 2019，COVID-19）。2020年2月9日，合肥工业大学根据《教育部关于2020年春季学期延期开学的通知》、《教育部应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情工作领导小组办公室关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》，以及《安徽省人民政府关于延迟企业复工和学校开学的通知》的相关要求，为了应对新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，在保障广大师生员工身体健康和生命安全基础上维护本科教学秩序正常运行，决定将2019～2020学年第二学期本科课程在学生返校前调整为线上教学，做到“教师不停教、学生不停学、学习不延期”。在此背景下，笔者承担了现代物流管理的线上授课任务。

现代物流管理课程中关于物流理论、物流功能以及物流管理的相关章节都体现了多学科交叉的复杂性。……
