摘  要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确表明，职业教育与本科教育不同，需建立技能竞赛机制，以促进高职院校教学改革和学生实践能力的提高。文章从海南经贸职业技术学院的视角出发，对物流管理专业开展“赛课融通”的“三教”改革探索与实践工作，旨在为同类型职业院校提供有益的经验借鉴。

Abstract： It is clearly indicated in“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”that vocational education， which is different from undergraduate education， requires a skill competition mechanism to promote the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of students' practical ability. Taking Hainan College of Economics and Business as a research object， the teacher， textbook and teaching method reform of logistics management major integrating competition and course teaching is explored and conducted， with a view to providing beneficial reference for similar higher vocational colleges.

2019年1月24日，国务院正式印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》文件，文件中提出，职业教育要由参照普通教育办学模式向企业社会参与、专业特色鲜明的类型教育转变。由此，在对职业学校学生专业课程、实习实训教学等的学习成效进行评价的时候，不能继续采用普通教育的考试模式，而应当注重引入职业教育的评价方式——竞赛。

在“普通教育有高考，职业教育有大赛”的制度设计下，从学生的成长成才来看，职业学校的竞赛活动，落脚点一定是实现“专业全覆盖，师生全参与”，也就是推动技能大赛全员化，真正实现以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促改、以赛促发展、以赛促提升。

1  “赛课融通”的物流管理专业“三教”改革探索与实践

海南经贸职业技术学院物流管理专业在“赛课融通”的物流管理专业“三教”改革探索与实践过程中，开展了以下一系列工作。
