摘  要：从生命周期的视角出发，研究医药上市公司的财务战略和行为，建立不同生命周期的医药上市公司的财务战略评价体系。文章采用因子分析法，分析2009～2018年88家医药上市公司的样本数据，选取反映企业筹资、股利分配、投资三个方面的财务指标，建立财务战略评价体系，计算得出不同生命周期医药企业的综合得分和排名。对不同生命周期的医药企业财务战略进行分析，并提出优化财务战略的建议。

Abstract： From the perspective of life cycle， this paper studies the financial strategies and behaviors of listed pharmaceutical companies， and establishes the financial strategy evaluation system of listed pharmaceutical companies with different life cycles. This paper adopts the factor analysis method to analyze the sample data of 88 pharmaceutical listed companies from 2009 to 2018， selects financial indicators reflecting enterprise financing， dividend distribution and investment， establishes a financial strategy evaluation system， and calculates the comprehensive score and ranking of pharmaceutical companies with different life cycles. This paper analyzes the financial strategies of pharmaceutical enterprises with different life cycles and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the financial strategies.

醫药行业是关乎国计民生的产业。医药行业与国民健康、社会稳定和经济发展紧密相关。《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》、《中国制造2025》的颁布，推动我国从医药大国向医药强国发展。近年来伴随着我国老龄化人口比例不断上升、大众的生活水平和医疗保健意识的提高，医药行业的刚性需求不断上升。

国内外医药企业竞争激烈，我国医药行业在生产总量遥遥领先于国内其他制造业和发达国家的医药行业，但仍然存在研发能力不强、产业结构不合理等问题。企业像生物有机体一样，经历成长、成熟、衰退等过程。在不同的生命周期，企业内部特征和外部环境各不相同。医药公司在制定财务战略时应充分考虑公司所处的生命周期阶段。制定符合生命周期规律的财务战略，有助于整体战略、核心竞争力的提升，推动医药企业健康、持续地发展。……
