摘  要：港口作为全球物流行业的重要节点，其在物流运输当中的作用不容小觑。因此科学、有效地评价港口物流绩效具有很大的研究意义。文章综合考虑港口数据具有随机性以及各项指标权重具有不确定性的客观事实，建立了适合港口的绩效评价体系，在对产出指标数据处理后采用随机DEA模型对浙江省四大沿海港口进行实证分析，为港口绩效评价与港口建设提供理论参考。

Abstract： As an important node in the global logistics industry， the port's role in logistics and transportation cannot be underestimated. Therefore， scientific and effective evaluation of port logistics performance has great research significance. Article considering randomness of port data and each index weight is uncertain objective facts， the establishment of a suitable port performance evaluation system， is used for the output indicators after the data processing in random DEA model an empirical analysis of four major coastal ports in Zhejiang province， provide theoretical reference for performance evaluation of port and port construction.

随着经济的全球一体化，外贸行业对我国经济发展有着不可替代的地位。海运在外贸物流当中是一种重要的运输手段，在进出口供应链中有着举足轻重的地位。如何提升港口的服务质量以及基础设施建设是港口物流企业需要考虑的很重要的一个问题。由于港口物流的货物运输量逐渐加大，客户的要求也在逐渐提高。合理的配备港口资源是港口可持续发展的重要方式，通过对港口物流绩效进行科学的评价可以发现港口物流存在的一些隐藏问题，并且根据绩效研究结果可以为港口发展提供有参考价值的意见，从而使港口更科学合理的运营，最终使得港口物流运输更加有效。

近年来，越来越多的国内外学者对港口物流绩效评价运用各种方法展开了研究。由于数据包络分析（DEA）模型不必考虑每项投入产出所占比权重，可以很好地解决多投入多产出的问题，大多数学者采用该方法进行港口物流绩效的研究。……
