摘  要：随着居民健康意识增强，医药及与之配套的医药物流获得了良好发展契机。文章在简要综述医药物流产业发展前景的基础上，结合当下广泛应用的大数据及人工智能技术应用场景要求，分析了医药物流体系目前的突出问题，提出发展物流企业总代理、成立集团型分销企业和搭建智慧就诊平台的设想。在此基础上，运用大数据技术嵌入构建了包括成本控制层、仓储管理层、库存管理层和配送运输层的医药物流大数据平台，并以AI技术赋能平台运行，以期达到构建新型医药物流体系的目标。

Abstract： With the enhancement of residents' health awareness， the development of medicine and its supporting medical logistics has obtained a good opportunity. On the basis of a brief review of the development prospects of pharmaceutical logistics industry， this paper analyzes the current outstanding problems of pharmaceutical logistics system in combination with the widely used big data and artificial intelligence technology application scenarios， and puts forward the ideas of developing general agent of logistics enterprises， establishing group distribution enterprises and building intelligent medical treatment platform. On this basis， the medical logistics big data platform including cost control layer， warehouse management layer， inventory management layer and distribution and transportation layer was built by using big data technology， and AI technology was used to enable the platform to operate， so as to achieve the goal of building a new pharmaceutical logistics system.

随着国民生活水平提升和医疗保障体系完善，作为基本生活需求的药品需求量近年来迅猛增长，由此带动医药物流规模持续扩张。预计2020年国内医药物流总市值将突破4万亿元，同比2019年增加约9%。医药物流一般是指依托物流设备技术和信息管理系统，通过优化药品预测、采购、仓储、装卸、运输和配送等环节，有效整合上下游资源，提高订单处理能力，缩短库存及配送时间，减少物流成本，以最终实现规模效益。作为医药产业重要配套，物流配送贯穿于整个医药产业链，对行业提质增效发挥着至关重要的作用。而自“两票制”、税制改革和一致性评价等医药创新体制改革以来，国内整体市场秩序得到规整，医药物流向着高质量、高标准、严规范目标发展。……
