摘  要：物流园区是指地域上聚集物流资源，集约使用土地，整合交通资源和提升物流水平的物流集结地，同样是承载着城市公共运行与服务的一份子[1]。物流园区在建立初期，应充分符合国家的相关标准，从而使物流园区能够更好地造福社会和带动经济。当物流园区建立好以后，需要定期针对物流园区的绩效进行考核分析，而这需要从其社会效益，经济效益，现代化水平和行业评价这几个方向来考察。为了更加真实地反映物流园区的运营是否“合格”，就需要建立物流园区的考核评价体系，确立各个评价指标，并利用数学方法求得权重进行打分。文章基于AHP法所得的主观权重w和熵权法所得的客观权重W，进行综合权重W的求值，并以TOPSIS法来对物流园区的表现进行打分。

Abstract： A logistics park is a logistics hub that gathers regional logistics resources， uses land intensively， integrates transportation resources， and improves logistics. It is also a subdivision of urban public infrastructure and social public services. In the initial stage of establishment， the logistics park should fully comply with the relevant national standards， so that the logistics park can better benefit the society and drive the economy. After the logistics park is established， it is necessary to regularly evaluate the performance of the logistics park， and this needs to reflect its social and economic benefits more truly whether the operation of the logistics park is“qualified”， and it is necessary to establish the assessment of the logistics park the evaluation system replaces various evaluation indicators and uses mathematical methods to obtain weights for scoring. Based on the subjective weights obtained by the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weights obtained by the entropy method， this paper calculates the comprehensive weights， and scores with the TOPSIS method to obtain the performance of the logistics park.

在市場经济和经济全球化的主旋律下，现代社会的运行离不开物流行业的助力。随着当前物流业的发展，迫切需求促进集约型物流设施，专业型和共同型的物流运作，而且需要共同分享基础设备和与之相配套的服务，既能施展优势之处又能互相补充，落实行业的规范一体化，于是物流园区的发展与推进就应运而生。这一产物首先在我国的较发达地区实施执行，并且物流园区的建立对于促进交通运输、国际贸易、产业聚集、地域发展起到了关键作用，也可以说物流园的建立与运用是我国物流行业走向成熟的标志之一[1]。……
