摘 要：通过构建地缘风险指数测算方法，得到2001—2018年的RCEP区域地缘风险指数季度数据，考察了RCEP地区地缘风险对中国与域内国家贸易合作的影响。实验分析结果表明：RCEP地区地缘风险对中国与域内国家贸易合作呈现显著负向影响，地缘风险的上升抑制了中国与域内国家贸易往来，加剧贸易波动，这一结论在各种稳健性检验下依然成立;地缘风险对中国与域内国家贸易往来的影响对不同类型地缘风险及在不同国家集团呈现明显的异质性;对地缘方向及中国与域内国家贸易往来进一步分析发现，地缘风险会通过加剧经济政策不确定性对中国与域内国家贸易往来产生影响。

Geopolitical Risk，Policy Uncertainty and RCEP Trade Cooperation

Abstract：This paper constructs a geo-risk measurement method to calculate the geo-risk of RCEP region，and obtains the quarterly data of RCEP region from 2001 to 2018. This paper examines the impact of geo risk of RCEP region on the trade between China and other countries in the region. The results show that： the geo-risk of RCEP region has a significant negative impact on the trade between China and the countries in the region，the rise of geo risk inhibits the trade between China and the countries in the region，which is still true under various robustness tests;the impact of geo-risk on the trade between China and the countries in the region is significant for different types of geo-risk and different countries;based on the further analysis，it is found that the geopolitical risk will affect the trade between China and other countries in the region by increasing the uncertainty of economic policy.

一、引 言

2020年11月15日，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）正式签署。RCEP涵盖了22亿人口、占全球将近30%的市场，26.2万亿美元GDP和将近28%的全球贸易，是现阶段世界上最大的自贸区。RCEP的签订对于全球区域经济发展格局以及域内国家贸易合作的深入开展都将产生深远影响。与此同时，2008年国际金融危机后，世界经济陷入深度调整和转型阶段，全球经济复苏乏力推升了一波又一波的“逆全球化”思潮;世界大国间的保护不断升级、竞争加剧，贸易保护主义全球范围内盛行;全球地区冲突不断、恐怖袭击日益增多，全球地缘风险日益呈现激烈化、常态化趋势，给全球经济发展与合作带来了巨大的风险和不确定性，全球经济发展中的地缘因素前所未有的凸显。……
