【摘    要】新课改和素质教育的不断推进，对我国教学事业提出了更高的要求。作为小学教学体系中的重要组成部分，语文课程也受到了一定程度的影响。在小学语文课程教学中，阅读是学生获取知识的重要渠道，然而仅仅凭借教材中的内容实施阅读教学，学生的阅读面就会过于局限，视野也得不到有效的开阔。对此，在正式教学中，教师有必要指导学生展开课外阅读，以此增加学生的阅读量，为学生后续学习奠定坚实基础。

Study on the Planning and Implementation Strategies of Chinese Extracurricular Reading in Primary Schools

【Abstract】With the new curriculum reform and the continuous promotion of quality education， higher requirements have been put forward for China's teaching career.As an important part of primary school teaching system， Chinese curriculum has also been affected to a certain extent.In the primary school Chinese curriculum teaching， reading is an important channel for students to acquire knowledge. However， students' reading will be too limited and their vision will not be effectively broadened just based on the content of textbooks.Therefore， in formal teaching， it is necessary for teachers to guide students to carry out extra-curricular reading， so as to increase students' reading volume and lay a solid foundation for students' subsequent learning.

课外阅读是小学语文阅读教学中不可或缺的一环，在整个阅读教学中占据了至关重要的地位，作为一名合格的教学工作者，应当深刻认识到课外阅读重要性，并且对课外阅读进行合理规划与实施。通过课外阅读活动的开展，能够增加学生的阅读量，拓宽学生的视野，为生硬、乏味的语文学习添加新的生命力，让小学语文阅读教学更具多元化，从而将新课标真正落到实处，在促进学生语文能力的基础上，推动其文学素养的发展。

一、基于文本延伸，培养阅读兴趣

在小学语文课堂上，教师要革新以往灌输式的教学，明确和尊重学生的主体地位，有意识地激发和培养学生的阅读兴趣，将以往学生的“被动阅读”逐步向“主动阅读”转变。小学语文教材是由专家学者反复筛选、精心编制而成的，包含了丰富多样的内容，涉及不少文学著……
