摘  要：农业自古以来都是民生之本，是我国的第一产业，也是我国国民经济发展的基础。文章通过现有的理论研究，首先分析国外部分发达国家的农业发展模式，再结合我国的传统农业产业链存在的诸多问题，如层级过多、信息不对称、风险规避能力弱、缺乏消费者视角等，借鉴发达国家的经验，以大数据和信息资源的整合为侧重点，提出构建农业全产业链平台的方案。通过整合上下游企业的多方资源，改善和优化产业链，为现代农业的发展提供一些参考。

Abstract： Agriculture has been the foundation of people's livelihood since ancient times. It is our country's primary industry and the foundation of our national economic development. Based on the existing theoretical research， the article analyzes the agricultural development models of some developed countries abroad， and then combines many problems in my country's traditional agricultural industry chain， such as too many levels， information asymmetry， weak risk aversion capabilities， and lack of consumer perspective and so on， based on the experience of developed countries， focusing on the integration of big data and information resources， and proposing a plan to build a platform for the entire agricultural industry chain. By integrating the resources of upstream and downstream enterprises， improving and optimizing the industrial chain， it provides some references for the development of modern agriculture.

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大报告中提出的重点战略，农业发展和农民收入问题仍然是当前关系国计民生的一个根本性重大问题，必须始终把切实解决好“三农”问题作为全党推进农村工作的重中之重，实现党的乡村农业振兴发展战略。近年来，农业的发展面临许多发展瓶颈，农产品质量安全问题、农产品滞销等问题频发。造成这种尴尬局面的主要原因之一是我国农业发展产业链存在断裂现象，农业可持续发展受到阻碍。因此，只有加快推进农业产业链的整合，才能在一定程度上弥补我国在传统农业经营方面的不足，改善产业链模式，加快对农业产业结构的调整，使农民得到更多的收益。
