摘  要：制造业服务化与企业绩效关系紧密。广州市作为全国首批六个服务型制造示范城市，近年来服务型制造发展迅速。文章论述了制造业服务化的文献研究情况，探讨了广州市制造业服务化发展现状，分析了广州市制造业服务化与企业绩效之间的关系。认为广州市制造业服务化与企业绩效是一种“马鞍型”曲线关系，呈现的是“上升—下降—再上升”的过程。

Abstract： Manufacturing servitization is closely related to enterprise performance. As one of the first six service-oriented manufacturing demonstration cities in China， service-oriented manufacturing has developed rapidly in recent years. This paper discusses the literature research of manufacturing servitization， discusses the development status of manufacturing servitization in Guangzhou， and analyzes the relationship between manufacturing servitization and enterprise performance in Guangzhou. It is considered that the relationship between the servitization of manufacturing industry and enterprise performance in Guangzhou is a“saddle shaped”curve， which presents a process of“rise decline rise”.

2015年5月國务院发布“中国制造2025”，这为制造业转型发展指明了方向。2016年广东省出台《广东省供给侧结构性改革总体方案（2016-2018年）》及五个相关行动计划，明确了去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板等结构性改革工作发展目标。与广东省相似，全国其他各省市也先后出台了相应的《供给侧结构性改革总体方案（2016-2018年）》及五个行动计划，纷纷表明了加强供给侧改革的行动和决心。当前，我国制造业供给侧结构性改革矛盾突出，并已跃升为制约我国制造业转型发展的瓶颈。供给侧改革背景下，服务型制造是制造业企业加快结构调整、实现转型升级的重要举措，对制造业企业服务化的升级机理进行研究意义重大。

近年来，制造业服务化发展受到了广大专家学者的广泛关注。然而，由于制造业服务化是经济社会发展的结果，所以关于制造业服务化对于企业经营绩效的影响并没有一个明确的结论。另外，加之我国企业经营绩效评价方法和体系的不完善，制造业服务化绩效分析方面的研究较为缺乏。……
