摘  要：随着电子商务和跨境电商的发展，邮政业的发展对国民经济的支撑作用越来越显著，农村电商的发展更是提高了邮政业在城乡经济协调发展的关键地位。因此文章以上海市邮政业与经济发展协调性为研究对象，通过VAR模型的格兰杰因果检验法，对上海市2002～2018年邮政业务总量和生产总额进行分析，分析表明上海市邮政业与经济发展存在互动的格兰杰因果关系。

Abstract： With the development of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce， the development of the postal industry has played an increasingly significant role in supporting the national economy， and the development of rural e-commerce has increased the key position of the postal industry in the coordinated development of urban and rural economies. Therefore， this paper takes the coordination of Shanghai's postal industry and economic development as the object of study， and analyzes the total postal business and total production from 2002～2018 in Shanghai through the Granger causality test of the VAR model， and the analysis shows that there is an interactive Granger causality between Shanghai's postal industry and economic development.

郵政业是现代生产性服务业的主导产业之一，随着国内线上消费的发展，邮政业成为推动消费方式转型、促进电商事业发展的重要力量，在提高寄递时效、带动就业、乡村振兴等方面发挥了积极作用。《邮政业发展“十三五”规划》提出到2020年建成与小康社会相适应的邮政体系，将改革和创新贯穿邮政业建设全过程，强化邮政业在商品流通、拉动消费优势，从创新、服务质量角度着手培育邮政业核心竞争力。本文数据来源于《上海市统计年鉴2002～2018》，使用上海市邮政业务总量和生产总额探究邮政业对区域经济发展的相互作用。

1  文献综述

近些年，管理方式创新、战略制定、产业关联、产业转型升级等方面是国内学者对邮政业的主要研究内容，但对其与经济发展之间的协调性研究较少，研究方法的不同使相关的研究存在不同的结论。

从邮政业对经济增长的作用角度来看，不管从宏观的国民经济还是区域经济出发，研究者得出了一致结论：邮政行业对经济发展有很大的影响能力。……
