摘  要：文章分析了京津冀地区的物流业和金融业的发展现状，以及京津冀协同发展的大背景下这两大产业协同发展的必然趋势;物流业与金融业的协同发展有助于改善京津冀地区经济发展过程中存在的梯度化差异和断层现象，促进京津冀一体化发展进程。因此，政府部门、物流企业和金融机构要携起手来，共同为京津冀物流业与金融业协同发展创造良好的发展环境。

Abstract： The article analyzes the development status of the logistics and financial industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei， as well as the inevitable trend of the coordinated development of these two industries in the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Improve the gradient differences and faults existing in the economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin

-Hebei region and promote the integrated development process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Therefore， government departments， logistics companies and financial institutions should join hands to create a good development environment for the coordinated development of logistics and financial industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

在当前全球经济下滑的大背景下，区域经济无疑是经济发展的重中之重，2014年以来，我国逐步加强对京津冀区域经济的投入力度，积极推动京津冀地区的一体化发展。但是，该区域发展仍存在诸如各地区发展不平衡、缺乏统筹布局等问题，迫切需要对京津冀经济高质量增长的动力机制加以研究，本文就京津冀区域金融业和物流业协同发展这一经济增长新极点展开讨论。

1  京津冀物流业与金融业协同发展现状分析

1.1  京津冀物流业发展现状分析

北京市是我国北方物流集散中心之一，其物流人才的专业性、物流技术的先进性、物流基础设施的完备性、物流服务的专业化程度和发展资金的雄厚程度在全国都首屈一指，同时北京市作为我国的政治、文化中心，物流需求比较集中和旺盛，因此，北京市物流业的发展存在着天然的優势。不仅如此，全国的公路网络、铁路网络和航空网络均以北京市为中心辐射开来，北京市物流业高速发展的同时还带动了全国物流业的发展。……
