摘  要：近年来经济快速发展的同时环境问题也日趋严重。作为重要污染来源的传统制造业绿色转型已迫在眉睫。把“无污无废”理念贯穿于供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商、用户组成的传统制造业供应链符合未来绿色生产需求。绿色供应链要求企业在追求经济利益的同时担负起社会责任，以经济、环境和社会三重综合效益最大化为运作目标。文章基于循环经济理论，系统研究了绿色供应链利益相关者的利益诉求及转型影响因素，从企业、供应商、政府、消费者多个利益主体角度分析其博弈过程，并据此提出了针对性的政策建议。

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of economy， environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. As an important source of pollution， green transformation of traditional manufacturing industry is imminent. The concept of“no pollution and no waste”is applied to the traditional manufacturing supply chain composed of suppliers， manufacturers， distributors， retailers and users， which meets the demand of green production in the future. Green supply chain requires enterprises to pursue economic benefits and take social responsibility at the same time to maximize the comprehensive benefits of economy， environment and society. Based on the theory of circular economy， this paper systematically studies the interest demands and transformation influencing factors of green supply chain stakeholders， analyzes the game process from the perspective of enterprises， suppliers， government and consumers， and puts forward targeted policy suggestions accordingly.

伴隨经济多年高速增长，我国资源浪费和环境污染造成的生态破坏日趋严重，如何做到环保强约束下的经济可持续发展业已成为高度关注的社会经济重大课题。习近平总书记在十九大报告中多次提及生态文明和环境保护，大力倡导推进经济绿色循环低碳发展。而从微观层面看，尤其对出口导向型企业，日益强化的绿色贸易壁垒也迫使其必须考虑其对环境的影响。从时间上看，当下正在进行的供给侧结构性改革，客观上给予了企业绿色转型升级难得的机遇。长远看，绿色供应链管理有助于企业实现经济利润、社会效益和环境效益的和谐统一，促进企业长远发展。因此，绿色供应链管理已成为制造业可持续发展的重要方向之一。……
