摘要：在利益论视域下，利益是当代新生青年回归泰国民主政治运动先锋舞台的根本动力。不同时期新生青年的利益诉求不尽相同，在当代泰国政治权力结构转型和经济全球化进程中，新生青年的利益诉求趋于多元化，超越以往青年运动的传统政治和经济利益诉求，更为关注自身的社会生存空间、人权、女权和性别歧视等议题。新生青年作为社会利益群体之一，其利益诉求表达受主观和客观因素的局限，这是其在当代特定历史时期实现利益诉求难以逾越的障碍。

On Contemporary New Youth Movement and Their Interest Requests in Thailand

Abstract：  From the perspective of interest theory， interest is the fundamental driving force for contemporary young people to return to the vanguard stage of Thailand's democratic political movement. The interest requests of new young people in different periods are different. In the process of political power structure transformation and economic globalization in contemporary Thailand， the interest requests of new youth tend to be diversified， surpassing those of the previous youth movements， and they pay more attention to their own social living space， human rights， women's rights， and gender discrimination， and so on. As one of the social interest groups， they are limited to express their interest demands by subjective and objective factors， which has become an insurmountable obstacle to the realization of interest requests.

一、問题的提出

2014年军人集团政变以后，泰国各利益集团遭受压制，以青年学生为主要力量的泰国当代新生青年凭借特殊的群体身份发起反政变与反独裁的零散式抗议。2020年，泰国新未来党因借贷问题被宪法法院判决解散是其掀起大规模政治运动的导火索。青年群体提出君主制改革，矛头直指王室，突破了泰国宪制体系内长期以来的政治活动底线，具有政治诉求尖锐、群体多元化和极强的网络化、组织化等鲜明特征。

马克思指出：“人们奋斗所争取的一切，都同他们的利益有关。”① 泰国新生青年作为社会利益群体之一，他们的政治活动和经济活动与其政治、经济利益诉求密不可分。利益集团诉求的多样性是引发当代泰国政治权力碎片化和社会利益群体多极化的内核动力。……
