摘  要：规则意识是指发自内心的、以规则为自己行动准绳的意识。它是良好学习习惯和生活习惯养成的前提。小班是幼儿园的初始阶段，在此阶段中养成幼儿的规则意识能够培养幼儿良好的行为和学习习惯，为幼儿一生的健康发展奠定坚实的基础。体育活动是小班幼儿最喜爱的活动，在体育活动中通过情景、材料、榜样、儿歌和评价的巧妙结合，渗透规则意识的培养，能让幼儿愉快、自然、轻松地接受规则，潜移默化地形成规则意识。

【Abstract】Rule consciousness refers to the consciousness that comes from the heart and takes the rules as the criterion of action. 学前儿童基本运动能力的学习过程具有动态性，个体在与环境和任务的共同作用中，发展出最佳运动模式。也就是说幼儿基本运动能力的发展是个体、环境和任务共同作用的结果。而幼儿的思维具有具体形象性，特别是小班幼儿，以游戏或故事情景创设的体育活动特别能激发幼儿的活动热情。……
