摘  要：随着当前教育事业的不断发展，校本教研逐渐应用到当前农村学校教学当中，能够有效地针对农村学校教学过程中存在的问题提出相应的解决方案，促进农村学校教育改革的不断深化。本文首先阐述了当前农村学校校本教研的主要内容，分析了当前农村学校开展校本教研的意义以及在实施校本教研过程中存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的解决策略，以供相关人士参考。

On the Problems and Strategies of School-based Teaching and Research in Rural Schools

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the current education，school-based teaching research is gradually applied to the current rural school teaching，which can effectively put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the teaching process of rural schools，and promote the continuous deepening of rural school education reform. This paper first describes the main content of school-based teaching research in rural schools，analyzes the significance of school-based teaching research in rural schools and the problems existing in the implementation of school-based teaching and research in rural schools，and on this basis，puts forward the corresponding solutions，for the reference of relevant people.

当前校本教研广泛的运用到农村教育事业的发展过程中，教师是整个校本教研活动的主体之一，学校通过对教师进行培训等措施，能够有效提高进行校本教研的积极性，提高发现问题以及解决问题的能力，促进课程内容与形式的革新，从而更加适应教育事业的发展，因此应采取一系列行之有效的措施促进校本教研的实施。

1.农村学校校本教研的主要内容

校本教研主要是指以学校为整个教学活动的研究主体，通过教师以及其它专业人士的共同努力，将课程活动的相关内容与实际相结合，利用实践性研究以及经验性总结等方式创新农村教学策略，从而更加顺应新课改的要求，推动新课改在农村教育的不断深化。校本教研的主要目的是学校通过一系列途径搜集当前教学过程中存在的各种问题，发挥主体的作用，主动探寻当前解决这些问题的方案与措施。……
