摘  要：2020年，基于信息化平台的在线教育成为稳定教育秩序和保障生产生活安全的核心手段。本文从信息化教育的背景出发，研究信息化教育平台搭建的实现方案，旨在对“互联网+”信息化教育平台建设提出可行性建议，促进教育教学工作正常开展以及智能化教育全面提升质量。

Research on Development Strategy and Feasibility Strategy of Information Education

【Abstract】In 2020，online education based on information platforms will become the core means of stabilizing the order of education and ensuring the safety of production and life. Starting from the background of informatization education，this paper studies the realization plan of the establishment of informatization education platform，aiming to put forward feasible suggestions for the construction of "Internet +" informatization education platform，promote the normal development of education and teaching and comprehensively improve the quality of intelligent education.

社会主义教育观明确指出，促进信息化教育发展，推动信息化教育进入2.0时代。这意味着信息化教育要从典型示范推广到全面推进，在此过程中，教育部和广大教育同胞应该始终牢记育人为本，智能创新，不忘教育的本心，为更高水平的教育不断奋斗。结合时代背景，“十三五”对互联网产业提出了更高的期望，2020年开始信息化教育的迅速成型壮大，但是其中仍有很多不足亟待关注解决，信息化教育的相关研究也变得更有价值。

1.信息化教育平台的实现方案

在线教育整体平台的搭建成功可以说是一个时代的产物，自改革开放以来，我国实现以信息化为主导的第三次革命，并且在第三次革命中利用自身优势建立了一套完善的互联网网络体系，真正实现了足不出户，便可纵观天下事。

（1）平台搭建的基础条件

近年来，我国网络范围不断扩大，传输和接入能力不断增强，中国互联网网络信息中心（CNNIC）发布的报告和数据显示，“十三五”期间，我国固定宽带接入端口数达4.07亿个，覆盖全国所有城市、乡镇和93.5%的行政村，移动宽带用户累计达到6.74亿户。……
