摘  要：幼儿园教育是幼儿的启蒙阶段，对幼儿以后的发展具有重要的影响作用。而幼儿教育具有明显的系统性与特殊性，在幼儿园教育的日常工作中，如果缺乏家长的有效参与，则会直接影响幼儿园教育工作的整体质量。家园合作的有效开展，有利于幼儿身心健康发展的各项资源能够得到充分的挖掘与合理的应用，为幼儿的健康成长提供良好的基础条件。为此，本文对如何开展幼儿园家园合作提出了相关建议，以期为幼儿园家园合作方面的相关研究提供部分理论参考。

Recommendations for Home Cooperation

【Abstract】kindergarten education is the enlightenment stage of children and plays an important role in the future development of children. In the daily work of kindergarten education，if there is no effective participation of parents，it will directly affect the overall quality of kindergarten education. The effective development of home cooperation is conducive to the development of children's physical and mental health resources can be fully excavated and reasonable application for the healthy growth of children to provide a good basic conditions. Therefore，this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out kindergarten home cooperation in order to provide some theoretical reference for the related research on kindergarten home cooperation.

1.開展家园合作的主要作用

（1）挖掘更多的教育资源

针对幼儿园教育而言，是为幼儿提供学习活动的专业教育机构，所以不仅仅要保障各项硬件设施符合相关标准，同时幼儿教师还要具有较强的专业能力与职业素养，由此才能确保幼儿园教育满足幼儿身心发展的各项需求。而家庭环境，作为幼儿学习生活的主要场所，父母的言行对幼儿都具有重要的影响，父母对幼儿的教育更具感染性特点与长期性特点，家庭中所蕴涵的各项学习资源都能为幼儿园教育工作提供相关参考与帮助。为此，开展家园合作，一方面能增进幼儿与父母之间的亲子感情，另一方面还能丰富幼儿园的教育资源，确保幼儿园与家庭两方面的资源都能得到充分的挖掘与利用，从而共同促进幼儿教育的有序开展，为幼儿的健康发展提供更多积极有利的引导力量。……
