摘要：随着移动智能终端的快速发展，具有功能丰富、便于携带、强交互性等特性的智能手机，成为了大学生生活、学习、娱乐的重要工具。但是，手机在给大学生带来便利的同时，无节制的使用手机也导致了手机依赖问题的产生，对大学生的身心健康、学习以及生活方面都有着非常大的消极影响，已经成为了刻不容缓亟待解决的问题。本文通过探讨大学生手机依赖的成因，研究其影响因素，以协同治理理念为基础，从高校、家庭、社会、学生等不同角度提出干预策略。

Abstrct：With the rapid development of mobile smart terminals， smart phones with rich functions， portability， and strong interactivity have become important tools for college students to live， study， and entertain. However， while mobile phones have brought convenience to college students， uncontrolled use of mobile phones has also led to the emergence of mobile phone dependence， which has a very negative impact on the physical and mental health， study and life of college students， and has become an urgent need to solve. The problem. This article explores the causes of college students mobile phone dependence and studies its influencing factors. Based on the concept of collaborative governance， this article proposes intervention strategies from different perspectives such as universities， families， society， and students.

隨着移动互联网和网络信息技术的迅猛发展，智能手机已经不仅仅局限于通信、搜索等基本功能，逐渐发展成了集社交、商务交易、网络服务、公共服务为一体的多功能智能终端。2020年9月29日，中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）发布的第46次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》数据显示，截至2020年6月，中国网民规模为9.40亿，手机网民规模为9.32亿，网民使用手机上网比例高达99.2%，互联网普及率达67%，从年龄层面来看，10-19岁、20-29岁网民群体占比分别为14.8%、19.9%，从职业群体来看，学生群体最多，占比23.7%[]。

大量学者的研究表明，大学生手机依赖现象在整个高校范围内普遍存在，越来越多的大学生对手机产生了较强依赖[]。大学生过度依赖手机导致他们的睡眠质量受到影响，不仅身体免疫力下降，容易出现头痛、听力障碍、记忆障碍等问题，同时也容易出现焦虑、抑郁等心理问题[]。……
