摘  要：新时代的小学语文教育必须以全面提高当代小学生学科素养与文化水平为基本目标，全面优化教学模式与指导思路，激发多数受教育学生的探究热情与自主学习兴趣，逐步深化现代小学生对语文教材中课文所蕴含的思想情感的体会与认识，为学生提供多种有价值的学习素材。本文主要分析了在小学语文课堂教学中重点培育学生朗读能力的重要性与现实意义，并指出了目前小学语文朗读能力培育方法的缺陷，总结了高效率培育小学生朗读能力的可行策略与有效方法。

【Abstract】The primary school Chinese education in the new era must take comprehensively improving the subject quality and cultural level of contemporary primary school students as the basic goal，comprehensively optimize the teaching mode and guiding ideas，stimulate the majority of students enthusiasm for inquiry and autonomous learning interest，and gradually deepen the modern primary school students experience and understanding of the thoughts and emotions contained in the Chinese textbooks，so as to provide students with a variety of Value learning materials. This paper mainly analyzes the importance and practical significance of cultivating students reading ability in primary school Chinese classroom teaching，points out the defects of the current cultivation methods of primary school Chinese reading ability，and summarizes the feasible strategies and effective methods of cultivating primary school students reading ability with high efficiency.

为进一步完善小学阶段的语文教育体系，强化课堂教学效果，任课教师应当选择正确的能力培育目标，以培育小学生的个人综合能力与学习能力为基本教学目标，在课堂上为小学生提供多样性的特殊学习素材，引导学生利用课上时间朗读语文教材中的课文，全面拓展语文课堂上的学习内容，帮助小学生积累有益的学习经验，降低学生学习基础性朗读技巧的难度，提高学生对学科基本技能的掌握程度，鼓励小学生根据任课教师的指导朗读本课的生词、生字，在持续性的课上锻炼中逐渐形成语感，营造有利于学生个人能力发展的良好学习氛围。
