摘  要：三线建设为中国西部地区的经济社会发展奠定了坚实基础，其蕴含的内在精神特质具有重要历史价值。新时代推动成渝地区双城经济圈的发展，须在弘扬三线建设精神的基础上，抓住新的历史机遇，以国内大循环为主体，以协同创新为动力，以科技进步为内核，着力打造西部地区新的重要增长极，共用开创成渝地区双城经济圈发展的新局面。

On the Spirit of the Third-line Construction and Its Enlightenment to Promote the Development of the Double-City Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Region

Abstract：The third-line construction has laid a solid foundation for the economic and social development of western China，and the third-line construction spirit has great historical value. In the new era，the Chengdu-Chongqing regions dual-city economic circle will usher in new development opportunities，learn from the experience of third-line construction and carry forward the spirit of the third-line，with the domestic cycle as the main body，collaborative innovation as the driving force and technological progress as the core，and strive to create a new important in the western region Growth poles，seize historical opportunities，plan development plans，and jointly create a new situation in the Chengdu-Chongqing area dual-city economic circle.

三線建设起源于20世纪60年代中期，是中华人民共和国成立后的一次规模空前的历史壮举。在三线建设过程中积累的很多宝贵经验对我国经济社会发展有重要的借鉴意义。成渝地区双城经济圈是新时期国家的重大战略部署。目前，双城经济圈的建设正如火如荼，全力打造中国西部城市群高质量发展经济增长点。三线建设中凝练而成的三线精神给我们留下了宝贵的精神财富，是我国民族精神和时代精神的重要组成部分。充分借鉴与传承三线建设精神，有利于西部地区开启对外开放和双循环发展的新格局，开辟成渝地区双城经济圈发展的新局面。

一、文献综述

迄今为止，不少专家和学者针对三线建设问题开展了颇有成效的研究。陈先兵认为，三线建设对现代化经济开发的启示受到格外的关注，如与国家总体发展战略关系、与城市发展的关系、与国家工业布局关系、三线精神、三线建设者生产生活以及社会文化影响等多个方面[1]。……
