摘要 黑山处于古丝绸之路的西部末端、古代传统医药发源地，也是现代“中国-中东欧”联通欧洲腹地的桥头堡。而中国也拥有独特的中药卫生资源、潜力巨大的中药经济资源，具有原创优势的中药科技资源、优秀的中药文化资源和重要的中药生态资源。在中医药“一带一路”的倡议下，中黑两国开启了传统医药交流合作的新时代。现分析黑山在国际医药合作中的优势，对黑山药用植物资源的古代开发、中黑医药交流合作历史与现状进行梳理，并对两国后续合作进行展望，希望对中医药在黑山及欧洲的传播与推广提供参考。

History and Prospect of Traditional Medicine Exchange between China and Montenegro

Abstract Montenegro is at the western end of the ancient Silk Road，and is the birthplace of ancient traditional medicine.Montenegro is also the bridgehead for the European hinterland of the modern “China-Central and Eastern Europe”.And China also has a unique Chinese medicine health resources，great potential of Chinese medicine economic resources，with original advantages of Chinese medicine science and technology resources，excellent Chinese medicine cultural resources and important ecological resources of Chinese medicine.Under the Belt and Road Initiative of Chinese medicine，China and Montenegro have opened a new era of exchanges and cooperation in traditional medicine.This paper analyzes Montenegro′s advantages in international medical cooperation and combs the ancient development of medicinal plant resources in Montenegro，the history and current situation of Sino-Montenegro medicine exchange and cooperation.This paper looks forward to the follow-up cooperation between the 2 countries and hope to provide reference for the spread and promotion of Chinese medicine in Montenegro and Europe.

在当今多元化的世界格局下，药用植物资源互通共享的发展思路愈发珍贵，2015年《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》、2017年《中医药“一带一路”发展规划（2016—2020年）》的发布，开创了中医药全方位对外开放的新格局。黑山位于古代丝绸之路西端的巴尔干-地中海地区，这里是世界传统医药的发源地之一[1]。黑山拥有独特的地缘区位优势、丰富的药用植物资源及应用开发历史，黑山积极响应“中国-中东欧”国家合作、“一带一路”倡议，对中医药的国际合作也持较开放态度。作为典型的东南欧国家，黑山是通向欧盟腹地的重要枢纽。然而，相较于基础建设等领域的广泛合作，中黑两国在医药领域的务实合作才刚起步，显现出巨大的潜力。……
