摘要：傳承与发展中华优秀传统文化是高校的重要任务之一，高等职业教育不仅要教授当代主流技术技能、未来先进智能智造技术，也肩负着对优秀地方传统工艺技能的传承与发展的使命。本文以学校产品艺术设计专业教学改革为典型案例，以传承与发展中华优秀传统技艺为理念，致力于将中华优秀传统文化贯穿于职业教育全过程，通过将传统技艺传承植入现代设计教育，从课程体系设计、课程内涵建设、学生专业知识与技能的构建、教学方法的设计等进行改革，提炼出基于“特色引领、专业融合、实践积累、展赛出新”的四轮驱动传统手工艺传承创新实践教学模式，通过传统技艺课程嵌入专业教学体系、校企共建实践创新平台、传统技艺的知识技能梳理与标准构建、专业赛项融入课程实训，对专业知识与实践能力进行重新构建，不仅有效提升学生实践创新能力、促进专业特色发展，同时树立专业师生专业自信、文化自信。

Practice and Exploration of Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Skills

Abstract： Inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture is one of the important tasks of colleges and universities. Higher vocational education should not only teach contemporary mainstream technology skills and future advanced intelligent manufacturing technology， but also shoulder the mission of inheriting and developing excellent local traditional technology skills. This paper， taking the teaching reform of college product art design major as a typical case， taking the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional skills as the concept， is committed to integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into the whole process of vocational education. Through implanting the inheritance of traditional skills into modern design education， carrying out the reform from the design of curriculum system， the construction of curriculum connotation， the construction of students professional knowledge and skills， the design of teaching methods， etc.， The four-wheel drive traditional handicraft inheritance and innovation practice teaching mode based on “characteristic guidance， professional integration， practice accumulation， exhibition and competition” is extracted. Through embedding traditional skills courses into professional teaching system， building practice and innovation platform by school and enterprise， combing knowledge and skills of traditional skills and constructing standards， and integrating professional events into course training， professional knowledge and practical ability are reconstructed， which can not only effectively improve students practical innovation ability and promote the development of professional characteristics， but also establish professional and cultural confidence of teachers and students.
