摘 要 当归是临床常用的一味补血活血中药，主要含挥发油、多糖、氨基酸、有机酸和黄酮等多种有机成分。本文简述了当归多种主要化学成分的提取方法及活性研究，解析其不同的药理作用对机体九大系统的影响，以保证当归的用药安全性和有效性，为当归的临床应用提供依据和参考。

The research progress in the methods for the extraction of the medicinal ingredients from Angelica sinensis and their activity*

ABSTRACT Angelica sinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine for enriching and activating blood circulation， which is commonly used in clinic. Chemical constituents in Angelica sinensis include volatile oil， polysaccharides， amino acids， organic acids and flavonoids. The methods for the extraction of medicinal ingredients from Angelica sinensis and the studies on their activity are summarized， and the impact of pharmacological effect on the nine systems of the human body is discussed so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Angelica sinensis and provide the theory and reference for its clinical application.

當归为中医临床常用药之一，素有“十方九归”之称。其来源于伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis（Oliv.） Diels的干燥根，以甘肃岷县质量最优，性甘、辛、温，归肝、心、脾经。具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便等功效[1]，用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡，肠燥便秘。临床常用当归与其他中药相配伍，治疗血虚血瘀的月经不调，血虚肠燥便秘等，补血圣药由此得名。近年来，以当归为对象，对其进行提取分离，分析其有效成分，并探究其不同药理活性的研究多有报道。本文通过查阅、整理相关文献，对当归主要成分的提取方法及其活性作一简要综述，为当归的临床合理应用提供参考。

1 活性成分

当归主要有效成分为挥发油、多糖、氨基酸、有机酸和黄酮等有机物[2]。其中当归挥发油主要包括藁本内酯、苯酞类及二聚体类化合物、当归酮等。水溶性成分含有阿魏酸、棕榈酸、香草酸等。除此之外，还有当归多糖及人体所需的微量元素。……
