摘 要 银屑病病程长、易反复。“从血论治”银屑病思路治疗寻常型银屑病血热型效果确切、副作用小。而银屑病血热型相当于银屑病的进行期，是银屑病病程中的重要阶段。本文通过检索中国知网中相关文献，阐述通过中医凉血法，中药治疗及中药联合中医特色疗法对银屑病血热型的治疗应用现状，以期更好地进行临床辨证施治，提高该病治疗效果。

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the blood-heat stage of psoriasis vulgaris*

ABSTRACT Psoriasis takes quite a long time to be cured and is typically recurrent. The treatment with blood-heat type of psoriasis vulgaris， by following the therapeutic philosophies of “treating by solving disorders of blood system” can achieve good curative effects with few adverse reactions. As an active stage of psoriasis， blood-heat type constitutes an important symptom during psoriasis development. By searching relevant literature from CNKI， this article elaborates the current status of the treatment of blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris by TCM blood-cooling therapy， traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies so as to achieve better clinical diagnosis and treatment and improve the treatment effect of this disease.

银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎症性疾病。该病具有病程长、易反复等特点，已经成为皮肤科具有代表性的难治疾病[1]。銀屑病临床上大致分为关节病型、红皮病型、脓疱型及寻常型，其中以寻常型最为常见[2]。众多临床研究表明，中医药在该病的诊疗中具备一定的优势与特色，本文根据中医“辨血为主，从血论治”辩证思想，阐述近年来寻常型银屑病血热期的中医治疗现状。

1 银屑病“从血论治”的理论体系

1.1 “从血论治”的理论基础

银屑病在我国古代医籍中有“干癣”“松皮癣”“白疕”之称。清代温病学家叶天士创立卫气营血辨证，卫气营血辨证在银屑病治疗中起到了归纳证型、邪正关系，概括病理病位、标志病位浅深、病情轻重的作用，阐明了证候的传变形式，确定了论治依据。赵炳南继承了前人经验，继承银屑病内因为血虚、血燥、血瘀的理念，将血热病因病机引入，形成“从血论治”的基本思路。……
