摘  要：在新工科建设背景下，专业学位研究生培养过程中的工程实践环节愈显重要。多数高校工程实践通过校企共建基地集中统一开展实践的形式完成，而高校和企业因资金、人力、效益、安全等问题校企共建很难深度融合，因技术性、实操性和安全性很难充分落实工程实践，在新工科建设要求下问题也越来越突出。文章以西南某石油高校为例分析石油行业高校研究生工程实践现状，总结了影响工程实践质量的主要因素和问题，通过对策研究和初步实践，提出了行业特色高校研究生工程实践质量提升对策，建议行业特色高校在协同育人机制、联合指导模式、监督考核机制、实践内容和形式方面，充分利用行业特色高校在行业企业中具有的较好合作基础和校友资源，不断提升研究生工程实践质量。

Abstract： Under the background of new engineering construction， engineering practice is more and more important in the process of professional degree postgraduate training. Most of the engineering practice in Colleges and universities is completed through the centralized and unified practice of the joint construction base of colleges and enterprises. Due to the problems of capital， manpower， efficiency and safety， it is difficult to deeply integrate the construction of colleges and enterprises. Because of the technicality， practicality and safety， it is difficult to fully implement the engineering practice. Under the requirements of new engineering construction， the problems are more and more prominent. Taking a petroleum university in Southwest China as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of graduate engineering practice in Colleges and universities in the petroleum industry， summarizes the main factors and problems affecting the quality of engineering practice.

为主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革，支撑服务创新驱动发展、“中国制造2025”等系列国家战略，教育部积极推进新工科建设。2017年以来，新工科建设[1]先后形成了“复旦共识”“天大行动”“北京指南”，新工科研究和实践主要围绕工程教育改革的新理念、新结构、新模式、新质量、新体系开展。西南某石油高校作为地方高校，以研究生工程实践为突破口，充分利用发挥自身石油行业学科优势，地方资源，对接地方经济社会发展需要和石油行业企业技术创新要求，深化了产教融合、校企合作、协同育人，推动了该校该学科专业改造升级，开展了地方高校新工科探索、实践和研究，取得了初步成效。……
