摘  要：大气污染控制工程课程设计是环境工程专业重要的实践环节，它支撑了学生对大气污染控制基本理论的架构，培养了他们大气治理的实践能力。为达到预期的学习目标，向其中引入了成果导向教育的理念，合理拓宽了课设内容，强化学生对构筑物认识。在教学中突出以学生为学习的主体，提前课程设计时间，构建较为合理的评价体系。尽管该理念被引入了大气课设教学中，也取得了一些成效，但该教学体系在大气课设中的建设今后仍需不断完善。

Abstract： The design practice of Air Pollution Control Engineering is an important practice link of environmental engineering. It supports the students' basic theory of air pollution control and cultivates their practical ability in air management. In order to achieve the expected learning goals， the concept of Outcome-Based Education is introduced. The content of the course is reasonably extended. Students have been strengthened their understanding of structures. During the teaching process， the students are the main body of learning. The time for design practice of Air Pollution Control Engineering is advanced. An equitable learning output evaluation system is constructed. Although Outcome-Based Education was introduced into the teaching process， and some achievements also have been achieved， the evaluation system could be improved further.

2018年5月全国生态环境保护大会在北京成功召开。这次生态环境保护大会是自十八大以来召开规模最大、召开规格最高、召开意义最为深远且重大的一次涉及生态文明建设的会议。由本次大会所确立的“习近平生态文明思想”是当前最重要的理论成果和最大亮点，是马克思主义中涉及自然与人之间相互关系理论的最新重要成果，是对自十八大以来习近平主席围绕生态文明建设所提出的一系列新理念、新战略的高度概括总结，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成，是当前及今后一段时期内我国生态文明建设的行动指南。这其中明确提出了“加强生态文明建设必须坚持”的原则，这对今后我国生态文明、环境保护的有序推动提供了指南和纲领，对污染防治攻坚战的科学应对做出了科学部署。……
