摘  要：民族院校大学生的就业诚信是社会诚信体系的重要组成部分，对就业市场的稳定起着十分重要的作用。市场经济的飞速发展、社会需求的不断变化、就业形势的更加严峻及民族院校大学生就业因素多元化，这些都对民族院校大学生的诚信提出了更高的要求。而部分民族院校大学生和院校在整体层面上诚信意识培养重视度有待增强，可能导致学生求职信息失真，从而扰乱就业市场秩序。因此，加强民族院校大学生诚信建设显得尤为重要。文章从就业诚信的背景、内容、作用及建议等方面进行研究和分析，并探讨如何在实践中建立更完善的诚信体系。

Abstract： The employment integrity of students in ethnic colleges is an important part of the social integrity system， which plays a very important role in the stability of the employment market. The integrity construction of students in ethnic colleges depend on the rapid development of economy， the continuous changing of social requirements， the incentive of employment competition and their diversified needs. However， some ethnic college students and colleges need to pay more attention to the cultivation of integrity awareness， which may lead to the distortion of students' job-hunting information， thus disturbing the order of the employment market. Therefore， it is particularly important to strengthen the integrity construction of college students in ethnic universities. This paper analyzes the background， content， function and suggestion of employment credit， and seeks to establish a better credit system in practice.

社會诚信是社会文明和道德建设的重要组成部分和重要任务，对社会健康发展产生了深远的影响。各类行业企业是社会基础建设和经济发展的重要推动力量，而对于任何企业或公司的长远发展和整体利益而言，人才是主要因素。在国内，每年有数以万计的大学毕业生涌入社会，为企业注入新鲜的活力和动力，而对毕业生而言，要求就业信息必须真实、完整和可靠。民族院校作为国内大学体系的重要组成，具有鲜明的办学特色，其中对大学生的诚信建设是学校道德文明建设的重要工作。大学生是就业信息的生产者和加工者之一，民族院校大学生的诚信直接关乎就业信息质量的高低。……
