摘  要：“新农科”建设与改革必须要主动适应“新三农”的发展与实践，尤其是在现代科学技术和生产经营与管理模式的推动下，农业科技也得到了快速发展。作为应用型动物科学专业课程体系建设要主动适应这种变化，为培养新时期高素质的应用型技术与管理人才打好基础。文章以应用型本科院校的办学特点、现代畜牧业的特征和相关科技发展为依据，提出了动物科学专业课程体系建设应关注的改革内容，为专业的可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract： The construction and reform of "new agricultural education" must actively adapt to the development and practice of "new three rural issues"， especially under the background of agricultural science and technology has also been developed rapidly， boosted by modern science and technology， production organizationsand management mode. The application-oriented undergraduate major， Animal Science， the curriculum system construction should actively adapt to this change， and lay a solid foundation for training high quality applied technology and management talents in the new era. Based on the characteristics of application-oriented universities， modern husbandry and the development of related science and technology， the reform contents that should be paid attention to in the construction of the curriculum system of animal science major were putforward in this paper， so as to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the major.

随着“新三农”概念的提出与付诸实施，新农科建设已经成为当前我国涉农本科专业改革的重要指南。2012年国务院印发的《全国现代农业发展规划（2011-2015 年）》提出要“坚持用现代物质条件装备农业，用现代科学技术改造农业，用现代产业体系提升农业，用现代经营方式推进农业，用现代发展理念引领农业，用培养新型农民发展农业”[1]。这既是对现代农业发展的行动指南，同时也为新农科内涵建设提供了基本思路。在全面推进新农科建设中，高校也必须把握好“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的根本性问题[2]，并把其作为教育教学改革的核心目标。在应用型本科院校的专业建设与改革方面，新农科建设不仅要求涉农专业在人才培养方面必须紧密结合现代科技进展、经营管理模式转变和社会发展需求制定科学的人才培养方案，主动适应新时期行业的发展需求，而且要把握好办学定位和专业人才培养目标。……
