摘  要：由于大学生存在社会阅历不足、不容易辨清是非和自制能力差的特点，面对大量网络信息，大学生往往存在沉迷网络游戏、浏览色情网页、传播虚假信息等网络失范行为问题。为此，面对这些问题，作者通过相关文献综述，以上海地区部分高等院校在校大学生为调查对象，主要围绕大学生上网目的和依赖程度等，大学生网络失范行为现状与对策等内容展开问卷调查研究，以期分析当代大学生网络行为特征以及失范行为具体表现与原因，并提出规范引导对策与建议。

Abstract： Because of college students' generally having characteristics of lack of social experience， not easy to distinguish between right and wrong， and poor self-control ability. Faced with a large amount of network information， college students often have indulged in online games， browsing pornographic pages， spreading false information， and other network anomie behaviors. To this end， in the face of the problems above， the author reviews the relevant literature， and takes college students in Shanghai as the survey objects， mainly focus on college students online purpose and dependence， the status and countermeasures of college students' Network Anomie Behavior to conduct a questionnaire. The paper analyzes the characteristics of college students' network behavior and the specifics of anomie behavior， and proposes normative guidance strategies and suggestions.

根据调查显示，只有少数大学生在利用网络做积极有益的事情，而绝大多数大学生通过手机、网吧或家庭宽带上网聊天、玩游戏，还有少数学生出于一些原因利用网络侵害他人权益。因此，我们应该密切关注网络中不和谐的声音，对大学生上网动机和不良行为进行调查和监督，并对大学生网络行为合理干预，引导大学生在使用网络过程中培养正确的线上习惯，规范其线上行为。

一、文献综述

（一）关于网络行为的内涵与类型

首先，网络行为的内涵，学者们纷纷给予不同界定和研究（楼巍，2014;滕建勇等，2015）。其次，关于网络行为类型，学者们主要分为四大类：以娱乐为主的网络行为，包括网络游戏等;以获取信息的网络行为，包括网络新闻;以电子商务为主的网络行为，包括网上购物;以社交为主的网络行为，包括Facebook的网络聊天等。……
