摘  要：随着“后真相”一词的广泛使用，有媒体宣称后真相时代已经来临。“后真相时代”不仅有着自身的显著特点，而且也对大学生职业生涯规划教育造成了一定的困扰。要应对这种困境，高校要加强与政府和社会的合作，通过转变教育观念，明晰责任主体，并将思想政治教育与职业生涯规划教育深度融合来强化引领，完善职业生涯规划教育体系并健全职业生涯教育发展保障机制，不断提高大学生职业生涯规划教育的实效性。

Abstract： With the widespread use of the term "post-truth"， it is claimed that the post-truth era has arrived. "Post-truth era" not only has its own remarkable characteristics， but also causes some troubles to the career planning education of college students. To deal with this dilemma， colleges should strengthen the cooperation with the government and the society， by changing education concepts， defining responsibilities， integrating ideological and political education to strengthen the lead of career planning education. Moreover， it is necessary to improve the perfect system and the safeguard mechanism of career planning education， and to raise the actual effect of college students' career planning education.

自2016年年底以來，“后真相”（Post-truth）一词在学界和社会广泛使用，有媒体宣称人类已经进入“后真相时代”（Post-truth Era）。在“后真相”时代，大学生对于未来的职业选择与职业发展愈发困惑，高校大学生职业生涯规划教育也面临着更为严峻的形势，为了提升大学生的职业规划意识和就业竞争力，进一步加强大学生职业生涯规划教育就显得尤为重要。

一、“后真相时代”及其特点

牛津词典将“后真相”一词收录为2016年度英文词汇，并将其解释为“诉诸情感及个人信念，较客观事实更能影响民意”。在此之后“后真相”一词使用率迅速飙升，有媒体宣称人类已经来到了“后真相时代”。[1]

其实“后真相”一词早在1992年就有人使用过。塞尔维亚裔美籍剧作家斯蒂夫·特西奇（Steve Tesich）在一本杂志上首先用了“后真相”这个词。他针对波斯湾战争和“伊朗门丑闻”时在文章中写道：“我们作为自由人，自由地决定，我们想生活在‘后真相的世界中”。……
