摘 要：产业振兴是实现乡村振兴的关键，加快农业农村现代化发展与国民经济水平息息相关。该文以乡村振兴农业产业化为背景，结合广东农垦垦区主产业，通过广东农工商职业技术学院热作科技创新基地平台建设，探索了服务垦区产业、经济的新技术、新模式，总结了科技创新基地建设的成效，研究了垦区产业发展的痛点、难点，以期为垦区产业健康发展提供实践经验，为广东省涉农高校服务乡村振兴产教深度融合提供鲜活样板，为广东省农业现代化、产业化贡献新思路。

Exploration and Practice of Production and Education Integration in Agricultural Colleges to Serve the State Farms Industry from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

——Take the Tropical Cropstechnology Innovation Base of Guangdong Aibpolytechnic as an Example

Abstract： Industrial revitalization is the key to rural revitalization. And speeding up agricultural and rural modernization is closely related to the national economic level. Based on agricultural industrialization of rural revitalization， by integrating the main industries of Guangdong state farms， new technologies and new models are explored to serve the industry and economy of the state farms through the construction of the tropical crops technology innovation base platform of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic. The base focused on the pain points of industrial development in the reclamation area， tackles key problems and provides practical experience for the industries′ healthy development. It provides a fresh model for the deep integration of production and education in rural revitalization by agricultural colleges in Guangdong. It also provides new ideas to agricultural modernization and industrialization of rural revitalization.

在广东省委制定《广东省国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》中，明确提出全面实施乡村振兴战略，加快农业农村现代化。农业产业化是关键，农业产业化作为一种新型的经济体系，发展以市场为导向，结合当地农业优势，发展区域经济，增加农业生产经济效益[1]。目前，农业产业化正面临着专业人才缺乏[2]、专业程度不高、产业链短、规模小、劳动力素质低[3-7]等问题。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于加快推进乡村人才振兴的意见》明确把乡村人力资本开发放在首要位置，大力培养本土人才，引导城市人才下乡，推动专业人士服务乡村。新形势下，涉农高校作为农业人才和科技创新资源的前沿阵地，如何最大化地发挥乡村振兴中职教力量，需要不断地探索实践。……
