【摘要】 目的 了解廣西乡镇卫生院的医疗卫生资源及服务的基本情况，为广西乡镇卫生院发展提供参考依据。

方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法选取广西8个地市107家乡镇卫生院，调查其医疗卫生资源及医疗卫生服务基本情况。于2019年6月至12月发放调查问卷，2020年3月回收问卷。

结果 广西107家乡镇卫生院2019年每千人口卫技人员、医师及护士数量、医师日均担负诊疗人次均低于广西及全国平均水平。卫生人力资源按人口分布的公平性良好。乡镇卫生院平均医疗设备配置未达到《乡镇卫生院服务能力评价指南（2019 年版）》标准。乡镇卫生院卫技人员需求较大。

结论 广西乡镇卫生院的医疗卫生资源配置水平、医疗卫生服务水平及利用率有待提高，多方面举措提升职业岗位吸引力和医疗卫生服务能力对实现乡镇卫生院的功能与发展十分重要。

Investigation and analysis of medical and health resources and services in 107 township health centers in Guangxi

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the basic situation of medical and health resources and services of township health centers in Guangxi， so as to provide reference for the development of them.

Methods 107 township health centers in 8 cities of Guangxi were selected by stratified random sampling to investigate the basic situation of their medical and health resources and services. Questionnaires were distributed from June to December in 2019 and collected in March 2020.

Results The number of health technicians， doctors and nurses per thousand， and the average number of doctors' daily diagnosis and treatment in 107 township health centers in 2019 in Guangxi were lower than the average levels of hospitals in Guangxi and China. The equity of health human resources distribution according to population was good. The average allocation of medical equipment in township health center did not meet the standard of Guidelines for Evaluation of Service Capacity of Township Health Centers （2019 Edition）. There was a large demand for health technical personnel in township health centers.

Conclusion The allocation level of medical and health resources， the level of medical and health services and the utilization rate of township health centers in Guangxi need to be improved. It is of great significance to improve the attractiveness of professional posts and the ability of medical and health services to realize the function and development of township health centers.

我国基层医疗卫生服务体系主要由县级医院、社区卫生服务中心（站）、乡镇卫生院、村卫生所（室）等组成。乡镇卫生院是基层医疗卫生服务体系的重要组成部分，除了提供基本医疗服务外，还承担多项公共卫生服务职能。目前我国基层医疗卫生服务网络已基本建成，基本实现每个县均有综合医院和中医院，每个乡镇有一所乡镇卫生院，90%的居民在15分钟内可到达最近的医疗机构。……
