【摘    要】班级既是学校管理的基本单位和核心对象，也是学生自主学习和成长的主要场所。因此，对于班主任个人来说，一方面需要关注以人为本教育理念的有效落实，另一方面还需要深入分析和研究新课改背景下班级管理工作的新要求。作为班级的引导者、组织者和教育者，班主任所起的作用不容忽略。在班级管理中，班主任是主体和核心，只有掌握行之有效的管理策略及方法，才能够切实提升班级管理水平。

【Abstract】Class is not only the basic unit and core object of school management， but also the main place for students to learn and grow independently.Therefore， for the head teacher， on the one hand， we need to pay attention to the effective implementation of the people-oriented education concept; on the other hand， we need to deeply analyze and study the new requirements of class management under the background of the new curriculum reform.As the guide， organizer and educator of the class， the role played by the head teacher cannot be ignored. In class management， the head teacher is the main body and the core. Only by mastering effective management strategies and methods can the class management level be improved.

班級管理是校园管理中的重要组成部分，班主任需要主动传达学校所布置的各类工作任务并进行有效的实施和反馈，通过这种形式来加强对学生情感动态、学习动态和思想动态的了解。通过班级管理，班主任还可以实现与学校以及其他学科教师、家长之间的联系及互动，真正构建良好的师生互动关系。初中班主任需要意识到自身的使命和责任，保障所采取的班级管理策略能够符合时代发展的要求，促进素质教育改革。其中班级管理方法的调整和创新最为关键，这一点是提升班级管理水平的重点和前提。
