摘要 [目的]研究牛初乳冻干粉（LBC）和复合制剂对维甲酸所致骨质疏松症的预防和抗氧化作用。[方法]以维甲酸灌胃14 d建立小鼠骨质疏松动物模型，在造模的同时给予LBC和复合制剂。动物处死后，测定股骨矿物元素含量和血清生化指标，分析血液和脏器SOD活性和MDA含量。[结果]LBC和复合制剂能明显抑制骨质疏松症小鼠骨Ca、P和Zn的丢失。LBC和复合制剂能显著提高血液SOD活性，降低血液、肝脏、肾脏和睾丸MDA含量。LBC能提高肝脏、脾脏SOD活性;复合制剂能显著提高脾脏、睾丸SOD活性。LBC和复合制剂能降低血清胆固醇含量。[结论]LBC及复合制剂能抑制骨矿物元素的丢失，提高血液和主要组织的抗自由基损伤的能力，对骨质疏松症有较好的改善和抗氧化作用。

Effect of Lyophilized Bovine Colostrums and Compound Preparation on Prevention and Antioxidation of Retinoic Acid Induced Osteoporosis in Mice

Abstract [Objective] To investigate the preventive and antioxidative effects of lyophilized bovine colostrums （LBC） and compound preparation （CP） on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in mice. [Method] The mice osteoporosis was induced by given retinoic acid intragastrically for two weeks， at the same time of modeling， mice were given LBC and CP. The content of femoral Ca， P and Zn and biochemical indexes in serum were assayed. The SOD activities and MDA concentrations of blood and main tissues were determined. [Result] Compared with model group， LBC and CP group can obviously inhibit the loss of bone Ca， P， Zn. The SOD activity of blood in LBC and CP group were higher than the model group and the levels of MDA in blood， liver， kidney and testes were lower than the model group. Compared with model group， the SOD activity in liver and spleen of LBC group and in spleen and testes of CP group increased significantly. The SOD activity of blood in LBC and CP group were higher than the model group. The levels of TC in LBC and CP groups were lower than the model group. [Conclusion] LBC and CP can prevent the loss bone and enhance the antioxidant capacity of blood and main tissues， and have prevention and antioxidant effects on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in mice.

骨質疏松症是一种骨量降低、骨组织显微结构退化，导致骨脆性增加，骨折危险性增高的全身性疾病，是中老年人特别是绝经后妇女易患的疾病之一。随着我国进入老龄社会，骨质疏松症的发病率持续增高，我国骨质疏松症患者约有0.9亿人[1]，其中妇女绝经后骨质疏松约占80%[2]。目前，针对骨质疏松的治疗缺乏特效的方法，药物治疗有副作用。我国动植物资源丰富，因此从中开发安全、高效具有增加骨密度功能的保健食品有广阔的市场应用前景。……
