摘  要：大学生思想政治工作是一个系统性工程，强调“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”;中医整体观具有整体性、协同性、统一性的特点，与“三全育人”理念有着天然的契合性。针对“三全育人”实际操作中存在全员育人的协同性欠缺、全过程育人的统一性欠佳、全方位育人的整体性欠通等问题，提出中医整体观视域下的大学生思想政治工作“三全育人”对策：“脏腑相关论”对标全员育人的各守其责、协同育人; “形神相应论”要求全过程育人的见微知著、知行合一; “天人合一论”指导全方位育人的因材施教、家校合力、消解困惑。

Abstract： The ideological and political work of college students is a systematic project， which emphasizes "educating students in the whole process， all staff and all aspects"; The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by integrity， coordination and unity， which is in natural agreement with the concept of "three-wide education". In view of the problems in the actual operation of "three-wide education"， such as the lack of coordination of the education through all staff， the lack of unity of the whole process and the lack of integrity of the education through all aspects， the "three-wide education" strategy of college students' ideological and political work from the perspective of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine is proposed： "Viscera Related Theory" is equal to the standard of all the members of the education observing their responsibilities， and the coordination of education; " The Theory of Form and Spirit Correspondence" requires the whole process of educating people with the unity of knowledge and action; "The Theory of Unity of Man and Nature" guides all-round education in accordance with students' aptitude， family and school cooperation， and the elimination of confusion.

當代大学生是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的主力军，是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的中坚力量。党和国家高度重视大学生思想政治工作，提升大学生思想政治工作质量是当前亟待解决的问题。大学生思想政治教育工作是一个系统工程，切实提升高校思想政治工作质量，真正形成全员、全程、全方位育人格局，关键要坚持系统性思维、整体性思维，统筹把握大学生思想政治工作的核心要素和关键环节，增强其系统性、统一性、协同性和实效性。中医整体观理论强调的是人体自身的整体性及人与自然、社会环境之间的统一性和联系性，强调人体是一个有机整体，各个组成部分在结构上是不可分割的，在功能上是相互协调的，在病理上是相互影响的。……
