摘  要：黑河学院是中俄边境唯一一所省属本科高校，黑河学院经济管理学院是培养物流管理专业、会计学专业、国际经济与贸易专业创新复合应用型人才的主阵地，在近十年物流管理专业、会计学专业、国际经济与贸易专业的实验室建设中取得了一些经验，同时也存在着一些棘手的问题。现结合实际提出具体解决对策，预测这三个专业实验室发展的前景，找出实验室建设的基本路径，为黑河学院经济管理学院三个专业的发展提供决策参考和行动指针。

Abstract： Heihe University is the only provincial undergraduate institution located on the border between China and Russia. In it， School of Economics and Management serves as a cradle of innovative and compound practical talents majoring in logistics management， accounting， and international economics and trade. The recent decade has witnessed great progress in the construction of laboratories for the above majors. Nevertheless， there emerged a few knotty problems. This research， therefore， is aimed at exploring possible solutions by taking full account of the reality. Hopefully， this initiative will predict the prospect of these major-related laboratories and find out feasible paths for laboratory construction， and further， generate decision-making references and action-taking guidelines for the development of the three majors.

实验室作为高等学校教学、实践的重要基地，是培养高素质人才、出高水平成果、服务经济建设的主要场所。经济管理学院以《教育部等部门关于进一步加强高校实践育人工作的若干意见》为指导，结合《黑河学院“十三五”发展规划》的建设内容，以“以人为本”的管理思想为理念，积聚顺应区域发展的优势，深入探索新工科建设，以“实践”为主要载体，着力打造适应产业需求的专业，产学研深度融合，大力增加设计性、综合性、创造性和研究性实验[1]，为师生搭建科研平台，让学生更好地掌握专业知识，面向实际、深入实践，以知促行、以行求知，从而培养学生的工程素质、工程实践能力、管理能力、科研实践能力和创新能力，促进学校和学院更快更好的发展。国际化、技能型、创新型人才的培……
