摘  要：加强高职教育对创新型技术技能人才的培养是新时代必然要求。深化校企合作、产教融合，以产业人才需求引领专业建设和育人目标定位，建立人才培养传导联动;以产业先进元素为聚焦，实践产业先进元素融入教育教学全过程;以产业创新服务为驱动，打通产教双向深度融合路径，确保协同育人可持续性，实现师资融通、产教畅通、学生流通。

Abstract： It is an inevitable requirement of the new era to strengthen the cultivation of innovative technical talents in higher vocational education. We should deepen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education， guide the construction of majors and the orientation of education objectives based on the needs of industrial talents， and establish the linkage of talent training and transmission. Focusing on advanced industrial elements， and integrating advanced industrial elements into the whole process of education and teaching， driven by industrial innovation and services， we will open up a two-way deep integration path between production and education， ensure the sustainability of collaborative education， and realize the integration of teachers， production and education， and the circulation of students.

产业发展与教育教学由结合、合作走向融合，是我国近年来科技发展和产业升级对技术技能人才培养的新要求[1]。随着我国经济进入新常态，产业升级和产业链提升需要高质量、数量庞大的创新型技术技能人才，而高职教育与普通高等教育是两种不同教育类型，高职教育重点培养服务于产业转型升级和企业技术创新需要的发展型、复合型和创新型技术技能人才，特别是在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下，高职教育必须把握新时代发展需求科学构建创新型技术技能人才培养模式，为国家实施创新驱动发展战略予以人才保障。而如何培养高职院校学生创新能力，各职业院校都作了积极有效的实践探索。
