【摘  要】从联合国所规定的21世纪四大教育支柱内容来看，“学会学习”“学会合作”已经成为现代人所应具备的基本能力，也是学校教育所应完成的基本能力教学目标。因此，教师既要让学生形成终身发展所需的学习能力，也要引导学生学会与他人合作、交往，使其顺利适应人类社会的群居性特征，逐步提升学生的社会性适应能力。本文也将客观分析实现小组合作教学活动的操作程序，希望可对一线教师产生积极启示，顺利落实小组合作教学活动。

The Teaching Guidance Method of Realizing Group Cooperation in the （Chemistry Class of Rural Junior Middle School

【Abstract】From the perspective of the four pillars of education in the 21st century stipulated by the United Nations， "learning to learn" and "learning to cooperate" have become the basic abilities that modern people should have， and they are also the basic ability teaching goals that should be completed in school education. Teachers should not only allow students to form the learning abilities required for life-long development， but also guide students to learn to cooperate and communicate with others， so that they can smoothly adapt to the social characteristics of human society， and gradually improve students' social adaptability.This article will also objectively analyze the operating procedures for realizing group cooperative teaching activities， hoping to have positive enlightenment for frontline teachers and smoothly implement group cooperative teaching activities.

眾所周知，我国农村地区的整体教育水平与城镇地区存在现实差异。但是在教育部的改革推动下，近年来越来越多的新思想、新技术涌入农村初中学校中，改变着教师的传统思想，也让全体师生都意识到了课程改革的重要性。在此过程中，小组合作教学方法受到了广泛关注，它不仅强调了学生的自主学习意识，还科学分析了自主学习、合作学习的关系，将其落实到教学实践中，可切实改善师生、生生互动模式。

一、组建学习小组，制定合作任务

既然要在农村初中化学课堂教学中组织小组合作教学活动，那么首要前提便要构建合适的小组关系，既要保证组内成员的智能优势是互补的、关系是和谐的、交往是紧密的，也要保证小组之间的整体化学认知水平是一致的，以便让学生公平参加小组合作学习竞争活动。……
