摘  要：文章依托“工程教育认证”，以成都信息工程大学环境工程专业为例，阐述了培养目标的制定依据、制定过程以及培养目标的合理性评价和修订机制。依据学校人才培养定位、专业人才培养定位、社会经济发展需求和技术发展趋势、毕业5年左右毕业生的职业发展现状4个方面，建设的培养目标既具有专业特色，也体现工程教育认证内涵，能够培养满足社会经济发展需要的人才，也能够为同类型高校环境工程专业的建设和发展提供指导价值。

Abstract： Under the background of "Engineering Education Professional Certification"， this study takes the environmental engineering major of Chengdu University of Information Technology as an example， elaborates the formulation basis， formulation process and the rational evaluation and revision mechanism of the educational objective. According to the personnel training orientation of the university and the environmental engineering major itself， the social and economic development needs， the technology development trends， and the professional development status of graduates who have graduated for about 5 years， the educational objective is constructed. This educational objective not only has professional characteristics， but also reflected the connotation of engineering education certification， which can train talents who meet the needs of social and economic development， and can also provide guidance value for the construction and development of environmental engineering majors of the same type of universities.

引言

随着经济和科技的发展，当今社会对工程技术人才的综合素质和实践能力的要求越来越高，环境工程领域对于综合素质高和实践能力强的高质量工程技术人才的需求愈加强烈[1-3]。“工程教育认证”是当前推動高校专业发展、提高学生质量的有效手段，其实质是促进高校提高教学质量、提高毕业生的培养质量以及满足不断提高的社会需求[4-6]。通过专业认证，能够解决社会经济技术需求与学生综合能力之间不匹配的矛盾。四川省地处西南，教育资源薄弱，在此前提下，如何立足工程教育认证，实现环境工程专业的跨越式发展，对同类型地方高校环境工程专业的建设具有重要的实践意义[7]。本文以成都信息工程大学环境工程专业为例，就“工程教育认证”背景下环境工程专业培养目标的建设与评价，进行了深入的剖析，以期为同类型高校环境工程专业的建设提供指导价值。……
