摘  要：党的建设和学生思政工作是高校政治办学治学的生命线，国家治理现代化理论对加强和改进党的建设与学生思政工作协同发展治理中给予深邃指引，二者的协同发展具有学理逻辑基础、现实逻辑基础和战略逻辑基础。在新形势下，高校党的建设与学生思政教育工作需要从战略协同、运作协同、资源协同、文化协同和治理协同等五个方面推进协同与创新，达到更好的结合，共同促进二者领域内治理体系和治理能力的现代化。

Abstract： The party's construction and students' ideological and political work are the lifeline of political education in colleges and universities. Theory of modernization of state governance guides for strengthening and improving the Party's construction and the coordinated development of students' Ideological and political work. The coordinated development of the two has the theoretical logic foundation， the realistic logic foundation and the strategic logic foundation. Under the new situation， the Party building in colleges and universities and students' the ideological and political work need to promote coordination and innovation from five aspects： strategic coordination， operation coordination， resource coordination， cultural coordination and governance coordination， jointly promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity in the two fields.

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党的建设和思想政治工作，习近平总书记发表了一系列重要讲话、提出了一系列明确要求，深入回答了事关高校党的建设和思想政治工作的方向性、根本性问题。[1]习近平总书记在中国政法大学考察时明确提出，

“高校党委要履行好管党治党、办学治校的主体责任，把思想政治工作和党的建设工作结合起来”。[2]2019年3月18日，习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调，我们党立志于中华民族千秋伟业，立志于實现中华民族伟大的中国梦，必须培养坚定拥护中国共产党领导和我国社会主义制度、从小立志为中国特色社会主义事业奋斗终身、去勇于实现中国梦的有用人才，在这个根本问题上，必须旗帜鲜明、毫不动摇。……
