摘  要：21世纪是全球化的时代，教育也成为全球化中的重要一环，中国教育在走向国际化的背景下，需要树立足够的教育自信才能在教育国际化中走得远、走得久、走得好。中国既往的丰硕教育成果、十八大以来的总体战略思想、中国教育在国际化中的初步探索等，都为中国教育更自信地走向世界奠定了坚实的基础。同时，我们也要认识到实现中国教育自信，强大的综合国力是根本、“引进来、走出去相结合”的教育国际化战略是关键，教育质量的切实提高是基础。也只有这样，中国教育才能更自信地走向世界，办出中国特色，走出世界水平。

Abstract： The 21st century is an era of globalization， and education has become an important part of globalization. Under the background of internationalization in China， Chinese education needs to establish sufficient educational self-confidence in order to go far and long in the internationalization of education. China's previous rich educational achievements， the overall strategic thinking since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， and the preliminary exploration of Chinese education in internationalization have all laid a solid foundation for Chinese education to go to the world with more confidence. At the same time， we must also realize that to achieve self-confidence in education in China， a strong comprehensive national strength is fundamental， and the "internationalization of foreign investment" strategy is the key to education. The effective improvement of education quality is the foundation. Only in this way can Chinese education go to the world with more confidence， develop Chinese characteristics， and go beyond the world level.

在经济全球化浪潮的背景下，教育国际化既是世界各高校自身改革不可避免的趋势，也是经济全球化的必然要求，早已成为世界各国必须研究的重要课题。而伴随着越来越强烈的教育国际化进程，我们中国如何在这一历史的洪流中应对教育国际化，提升教育对外开放的水平，已然成为我国教育发展的现实问题和挑战。习近平总书记在十九大报告中进一步完善深化了“四个自信”即中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信的内涵和意义，特别是文化自信，它是激励中国人民建设中国特色社会主义的强大精神家园和精神支撑。习总近平关于“四个自信”的重要论述，让我们意识到了中国“教育自信”的建设问题已经恰逢其时，更是刻不容缓。……
