人工智能+新工科背景下的计算机类人才培养模式对比分析

摘 要 随着人工智能和新工科时代的到来,社会对计算机类人才的培养提出更高的要求。为了探索计算机人才培养模式的研究热点和主题,在CNKI数据库上对“计算机人才培养模式”进行主题检索,使用CiteSpace软件对关键词进行共词聚类分析。结果发现:计算机类人才培养模式的研究主要集中在校企合作、现代学徒制、创新创业、产教融合和工学结合五个方面。此外,针对目前计算机专业人才培养中遇到的问题,以人工智能和新工科建设的要求为切入点,提出融入校企合作、创新创业、工学结合、现代学徒制、产教融合等理念的多元化计算机专业人才培养策略。

Abstract With the advent of artificial intelligence and the new engi-neering era, society has put forward higher requirements for training computer talents. In order to explore the research hotspots and the-mes of the computer talent training model, the subject search was carried out on the CNKI database with the “computer talent training model”, and the CiteSpace software was used to perform co-word cluster analysis on keywords. The results found that the research on the training model of computer talents mainly focused on five aspects: school-enterprise cooperation, modern apprenticeship, innovation and entrepreneurship, integration of production and edu-cation, and combination of work and study. In addition, in response to the current problems encountered in the training of computer pro-fessionals, taking the requirements of artificial intelligence and new engineering construction as the starting point, a diversified computer professional training strategy is proposed, which integrates school-enterprise cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship, new engi-neering, modern apprenticeship, integration of production and edu-cation and other concepts.

0 引言
新工科建设和人工智能既是超前布局和创造新业态的人才培养方案的突破,又是引领未来的战略性技术。随着互联网和人工智能的快速发展,新的社会环境对具有知识种类多、跨学科思维的复合型人才需求量很大,但是高校培养的人才与行业需求之间存在差距,不能充分满足社会需求。因此,在总结已有的优质的关于计算类专业人才培养模式的基础上,针对目前该领域存在的问题,结合人工智能+新工科背景,不断对已有的人才培养模式进行更新优化,提出相应的优化策略。
1 数据来源和研究方法
在CNKI数据库中以“计算机人才培养模式”为检索主题,以“2015—2020年”为检索时间(截止时间为2020年10月18日),得到样本文献810篇。……
