【摘  要】论文以智能制造技术在工业自动化中的具体应用为研究对象，分析了我国传统加工制造业在智能制造新技术快速发展背景下面临的困境。论文对智能制造技术在工业自动化中应用的优势和问题进行论述，以期提升智能制造技术在工业自动化中应用的效能，促进我国工业的发展。

【Abstract】Taking the specific application of intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial automation as the research object， this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by China's traditional manufacturing industry under the background of rapid development of new intelligent manufacturing technology. The paper discusses the advantages and problems of the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial automation， with a view to improving the effectiveness of the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial automation and promoting the development of China's industry.

1 传统制造模式的劣势

1.1 产品质量差

在我国工业发展过程中，通常是以轻工业和重工业为主导，其中轻工业以日常的消费用品和小型的手制工艺品为主要生产对象。而重工业则指的是生产为国民经济各部门提供物质技术基础的主要生产资料的工业部门，包括采掘（伐）工业和原材料工业等。以往的工业加工制造都是借助手工模具或者老旧仿形专业设备来完成操作的，因此，这种模式导致产品磨具数量过多且精度损耗严重，很多产品的质量和精度难以得到保障。

1.2 生产效益低

随着我国社会的不断发展，在机械制造业方面也取得了重大的成果。但是由于传统制造工业的整体技术水平达不到要求，以至于一些企业投资了大量生产成本购买数控设备，却无法发挥这些设备的全部功能，使得许多工业设备的使用只能完成部分产品的关键工序，而整个产品的全流程制造质量及安全都无法得到有效保障。因此，很多由于設备不能完全受控而生产的不合格工业产品便不能直接流……
