【摘  要】随着工业化进程的推进，工业企业在发展中面临重大生产安全问题。因此，企业要加强安全生产管理，协调各方面因素，在企业内部建立安全生产管理责任矩阵，明确划分各个责任部门和责任人，对工作内容进行细化和分解，从而提升企业内部的生产管理水平。论文对企业安全生产管理责任矩阵的具体应用进行分析。

【Abstract】With the advancement of industrialization， industrial enterprises are facing major safety production problems. Therefore， the enterprise should strengthen the management of safety production， coordinate various factors， establish the management responsibility matrix of safety production in the enterprise， clearly divide each responsible department and responsible person， and refine and decompose the work contents， so as to improve the production management level within the enterprise. This paper analyzes the specific application of the management responsibility matrix of enterprise safety production.

1 引言

隨着工业化进程的推进，在工业企业发展过程中面临着重大生产安全问题，要加强对工业企业生产的安全管理，协调和配置各方面因素。但工业企业在生产作业中存在安全隐患问题，或是由于企业人员缺乏安全管理意识，对于潜在的安全隐患问题缺乏重视，过度重视生产量，忽略了安全问题，导致在生产中存在较大的安全漏洞，为生产人员的生命安全带来威胁，也影响到企业自身的发展，因此，应不断加强企业的安全生产管理工作[1]。部分企业已经着手建立安全生产责任制度以及安全生产管理制度，但在责任划分方面还不明确，通过安全生产管理责任矩阵，可以对生产工作中的责任进行明确划分，提升项目执行效率。本文对企业安全生产管理责任矩阵的应用展开分析，将安全生产管理的责任落实到具体部门、具体人，为企业安全生产管理提供参考。
