【摘  要】随着云计算、大数据、人工智能的发展，“互联网+”理念与企业发展紧密关联。传统企业借助互联网转型升级成为必然趋势。“互联网+”科技创新创业企业的发展，需要依托云计算、大数据、人工智能等新技术，利用其赋能企业创新发展，优化业务流程，提高运营推广的效率。论文通过分析数字经济时代企业面临的挑战，列举“互联网+”科技创新项目设计、开发、管理和运营等可依托的平台与工具，提出企业的创新发展路径，基于“互联网+”平台与工具，为企业数字化转型和创新发展提出对策，为企业实现跨越式创新发展提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】With the development of cloud computing， big data and artificial intelligence， the concept of "internet +" is closely related to the development of enterprises. The transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises with the help of the internet has become an inevitable trend. The development of "internet +" scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises needs to rely on cloud computing， big data， artificial intelligence and other new technologies. Enterprises use them to empower their own innovation and development， optimize business processes and improve the efficiency of operation and promotion. By analyzing the challenges faced by enterprises in the digital economy era， the paper lists the platforms and tools that can be relied on for the design， development， management and operation of "internet +" scientific and technological innovation projects， and proposes the paths of innovation and development in enterprises. Based on the "internet +" platforms and tools， the paper proposes countermeasures for digital transformation and innovation and development of enterprises， so as to provide a reference for enterprises to achieve leapfrog innovation and development.

1 引言

“互联网+”理念已在各行各业得到深入应用，如“互联网+”智能制造、医疗、电商、教育、金融等众多领域，传统工业、农业等产业的转型升级也与“互联网+”密切相关。

企业如何借力新理念、新技术、新平台实现创新跨越式发展，关系到企业未来的竞争力。“互联网+”科技创新创业为企业生产、供应、销售、服务与运营提供了平台和渠道，以及拓展了发展空间。因此，企业需要从人力、物力、技术、项目等多方面提升自身实力，助力企业可持续发展，实现产品创新和服务创新。
