摘 要 目前我国肿瘤学教学模式缺乏专业教育与思想政治及人文素质教育的深入融合。为培养出高素质的肿瘤学领域人才，本文将医学思想政治教育引入肿瘤学理论教学中，并提出改善传统的肿瘤学教学新模式的探索，提升肿瘤临床教学的效果。

Abstract At present， the oncology teaching mode in China lacks the integration of professional education with ideological political and humanistic liberal education. In order to cultivate high-quality talents in the field of oncology， this paper introduces the medical ideological and political education into the theoretical teaching of oncology， and puts forward the exploration of improving the traditional teaching mode of oncology， so as to improve the effect of clinical teaching of oncology.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议及学校思政教师座谈会强调：高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。[1-2]在新时代新时期，医学人才不仅要具有较高的医学能力及高尚的医学品德。医学院校应紧跟时代步伐，重视思政教育在教育中的作用，但一直以来，很多高等医学院校对思政教育不够重视，开设的思政教育相关的课程较少，思想政治教育与专业教学缺乏学科交叉与渗入，使学生缺乏全面、持续的培养，导致医学生容易忽略人文关怀。

因此培养具有高素质、高尚医德及精湛技术是我们高等医学院校的责任。在肿瘤学教学中，应积极探索教学改法方向，通过专业课程、教学环节、教学方法的缜密设计实现专业技术和思政课堂相融合、社会主义核心价值观培育和医学知识传授相结合，达到仁心仁术、立德树人的思政教学目的。……
