摘    要：真空马桶与污水处理装置配带的真空装置，通过管路连通将整个管路系统形成真空。真空马桶系统通往每个马桶必须有一道隔膜阀与外界隔离，当此阀被打开时，依靠大气压的压差，将马桶内的污水抽走。污水处理装置正常工作状态下，真空装置的压力设定值为-0.6bar（停止点）～-0.4bar（起动点）。为了减少整个过程压力的消耗，浅析了真空马桶系统生产设计过程应注意的事项，保证了整个系统满足使用要求。

Abstract： The vacuum toilet is connected with the vacuum device of the sewage treatment plant through the pipeline to form a vacuum in the whole pipeline system. The vacuum toilet system must have a diaphragm valve to isolate from the outside. When the flushing toilet opens this valve， the sewage in the toilet will be pumped away by the pressure difference of atmospheric pressure. Under normal working condition of sewage treatment plant， the pressure setting value of vacuum pump station is from -0.6 bar （stop point） to -0.4 bar （start point）. In order to reduce the pressure consumption in the whole process， this paper analyzes the matters needing attention in the production design modeling process of the vacuum toilet system， so as to ensure that the whole system meets the using  requirements.

1     前言

真空马桶系统是集环保节水、污物收集、回水利用及绿色环保系统于一体的先进技术，它是将污水通过真空管道利用极少量的冲洗水收集到污水处理装置的污物存储柜内。与传统马桶相比，具有冲洗效果好、节水、防臭、安装方便等优点。该系统已在船舶、飞机及高铁上广泛应用，效果明显。

本文详细介绍了真空马桶系统的原理、功能、优点及管路布置的一般要求，以及船舶管路生产设计要点。

2     真空马桶系统的原理

真空马桶系统是通过管路内外压力差，由大气压将马桶内污物挤压至管路内，再依靠压力差及重力组合作用将污水运输至污水处理装置，改变了仅依靠重力作用的传统模式。

如图1所示，当按下卫生单元内真空马桶冲洗按钮后，马桶内的隔膜阀打开，真空管路与外界空气连通，由于管内压强低于大气，大气压强……
