摘 要 区块链技术应用于图书馆数字阅读推广，能有效提高图书馆智慧服务水平。文章从用户、功能、价值3个维度分析了区块链在图书馆数字阅读推广中的应用场景，提出基于区块链的图书馆数字阅读推广技术框架，并阐述其运行新机制，最后分析了图书馆运用区块链技术开展数字阅读推广存在的一些挑战和建议。

Research on the Reconstruction of Library Digital Reading Promotion Based on Blockchain Technology

Abstract The new application of blockchain technology in library digital reading promotion can effectively improve the level of library intelligent service.This paper analyzes the application scenarios of blockchain technology in library digital reading promotion from three dimensions of users， functions and values. It also proposes a technological framework， and then expounds the new mechanism of library digital reading promotion based on blockchain technology. Finally， the paper analyzes some challenges and suggestions in the application of blockchain in library digital reading promotion.

隨着网络新技术的快速普及，读者的阅读习惯发生深刻变革，数字阅读成为众多读者首选的阅读方式。2020年年初爆发的新冠肺炎疫情进一步加速了纸质阅读向数字阅读跃迁。后疫情时代，图书馆亟需探索利用新技术，优化数字阅读推广机制，以适应阅读方式的新变革。区块链作为一种新兴技术，被认为是第四次工业革命的重要成果之一。当前，包括我国在内的各个国家高度重视这项技术。2019年10月24日，中央政治局第十八次集体学习时专门学习区块链，习近平总书记指出要“加快推动区块链技术和产业创新发展”[1]。2020年3月4日，中央政治局常委会召开会议，强调要加快新型基础设施建设进度[2]，以区块链等为代表的新技术基础设施将迎来新一轮发展机遇。作为阅读推广主阵地的图书馆，如何抓住这个历史机遇，不断提高数字阅读推广服务水平，是图书馆界需要解决的一项迫切课题。
